I enjoyed Nick Agar's demonstration at Robust and decided to reproduce one of his projects in butternut, but did not add the color. In the two classes Nick provided good instruction to take the group through his Viking Sunset Bowl and a second bowl with a wide flat rim that provided a good surface for air brushing. My version of the two projects are shown below. Similar to Roger, I learned to use the texturing tool that I have owned for over fifteen years and never successfully used. The second bowl provided a lot of practice air brushing.
